1. Agreement to Terms & Service Description

By using https://skinbyferuza.com/ or booking appointments at our studio (340 Lincoln Street, Salon Gossip, Roseville, CA 95678), you agree to these Terms. All esthetic services (skincare, chemical peels, microneedling, PMU powder brows, aquarelle lips) are provided by a Licensed Esthetician in compliance with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours forfeit your non-refundable deposit.
  • Online Booking: Handled securely via Square Appointments (squareup.com).
  • No-Show Policy: Failing to arrive without notice will result in deposit forfeiture and a fee up to 100% of the service cost billed to the payment card on file via Square.
  • Late Arrival: A 15-minute grace period applies. Arriving past 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation or shortened service time while full fees apply.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of esthetic procedures, all rendered cosmetic services are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows.

4. Health Disclosures & Limitation of Liability

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and skin medications (e.g., Accutane, Retin-A) prior to treatment. Skin by Feruza is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow post-procedure aftercare instructions.

Используя сайт https://skinbyferuza.com/ или записываясь на процедуры в кабинет (340 Lincoln Street, Salon Gossip, Roseville, CA 95678), вы соглашаетесь с данными Условиями. Услуги оказываются лицензированным эстетистом в соответствии с правилами Совета по косметологии Калифорнии.

2. Правила записи и отмены визита

Уведомление за 24 часа: Отмена или перенос визита производится не позднее чем за 24 часа. При отмене менее чем за 24 часа внесенный депозит не возвращается.
  • Онлайн-запись: Осуществляется через платформу Square Appointments (squareup.com).
  • Неявка (No-Show): При отсутствие на процедуре без предупреждения депозит удерживается, а с карты списывается 100% стоимости услуги через Square.
  • Опоздание: Допустимое время опоздания — 15 минут. Опоздание свыше 15 минут приравнивается к отмене.

3. Политика возврата средств

Ввиду индивидуального характера услуг оказанные косметологические процедуры возврату средств не подлежат.

4. Сведения о здоровье и ограничение ответственности

Клиент обязан сообщить о всех заболеваниях, аллергиях и приёме препаратов (аккутан, ретиноиды) до начала процедуры. Кабинет не несет ответственности за реакции при несообщении противопоказаний.
